The job you'll have in 10 years hasn't been invented yet. Understanding that, understanding both the challenge behind that and the opportunity behind that, I think is what will help young people achieve success. My four years at UMass was about exploring the various sides of me. And the communications major is very multifaceted, very diverse. And you can take a very much behavioral science class and then you can do video production. And I did that. My class load in the communications was training myself to be a Renaissance person, jack of all trades. And the world needed people that can do it all, people that knew how to write, understood video, at this new crux of digital marketing. While I'm sure my professors if they even remember me in video production would never say I was good at it, I understood the concepts behind it. Even in the behavioral science aspect of communication, I understood the science. And that right there shaped my career. UMass is a little bit of what you make of it. And the leadership opportunities present themselves. And if you're the type that you want to grasp them, you can. It's a very open institution that allows you to discover your best self. And UMass produces some of the best talent in any industry. My name is George G. SmithJr. I'm the director of digital darketing for Remy Cointreau USA. I stand for innovation. And I stand for UMass.
